If you are planning on travelling to Macao between May and September, be prepared for hot (24°C to 27°C) and humid weather, which can get rather unpleasant at times. ⁵ Most of Macao's 102cm-254cm annual rainfall also comes during the summer, so this is the best season to avoid. ¹ During the winter it gets cooler and drier; expect temperatures between 15°C and 20°C if you go between December and February. The transition months, April, May, and November, tend to be the best times to go, since it is cooler but not cold and not as humid as at other times of year.
