You are to write a newspaper editorial that comments about a particular event that is affecting your country.

You must write a newspaper article that includes the following components:

	Headline and Date of Article
	Author with a link to your email address
	Facts reported
	Analysis of the event from the perspective of your country
	Images that correspond to that event (2-3)
	Hypertext links to related websites (3-5)
	Footnotes (2-4 sources; 1 must be a book; 1 encyclopedia max)

After you have researched and written your article (equivalent to two pages typed and double-spaced), you will learn how to turn your document into a website.

What to avoid:

1. No unnecessary graphics
2. No cluttered pages that are difficult to read
3. No color combinations that are difficult to read
4. No cut and pasted passages from other websites (plagiarized material)
5. A country report without analysis
